Cintia De Aguiar

Broker

Growing up in Brazil and at a young age Cintia’s family sought after a new adventure: Canada. They moved here in the late summer of 1990 and she fell in love with the Canadian lifestyle, and The City of Toronto. Cintia quickly began to call Toronto her home, exploring and getting to know the communities and areas within. This is where she began on her Career Journey.

In 1997 through co-op education in high-school she was asked to be placed in a real estate office, later that year the office hired her as a secretary, giving her much exposure to how the Real Estate Business ran from the inside. Opening, closing, listing, buying – all the terms soon became ones she would never leave behind. In 2005 she reached the goal of becoming a Sales Representative, gaining her licence in that year, but she couldn’t stop there! Her love for this business, for people, and the desire to help everyone find their spot in a community that they can call home, was the fire that just kept burning. By 2007 she became a licenced Broker, and moving to more recent times, she is the Proud Owner of the KW office located on the corner of Dufferin and College at 1106 College Street, Toronto. As it is for all business owners, she is constantly trying to make the current year the “best year yet!”, and that has not changed. Cintia’s company mission is to deliver excellent customer service and 100% satisfaction to each one of our clients in their Real Estate endeavors. Cintia wants to impact and improve the lives of our partners and clients by providing them with new opportunities by means of knowledge, growth, business and investments. While working at Re/Max for over a decade, she was #2 in Canada and top 20 worldwide. Cintia is now top 4 for Keller Williams for 2018! In 2019, Cintia achieved a milestone of donating 1 Million dollars to charity, it made her feel better than any of the hundreds of awards she has received to date. Her goal is to donate 1 million dollars every single year to charity and Cintia believes she will achieve this by providing excellent customer service while our clients become our biggest advocates. And, by continue to educate our clients on how to become financially wealthy and have an early retirement so they can do the things they love to do and hopefully that is giving back to their communities.

Cintia’s vision is to continually grow as a company, team, and community and personally so that we can unite the businesses of Toronto – making a difference and having a lasting and positive impact on everyone we encounter.

For everything she has done in her life, she has never forgotten to be Thankful. Cintia knows that without God first, then her family, her team and her clients, there is no way she would be where she is now. There is so much good Cintia wants to do in this world, and that is what gets her up every morning.  

Daniela Teixeira

Director of Operations/Sales Representative

Born and raised in Toronto, Daniela’s strong administrative background makes her an outstanding fit to the Real Estate profession.

At 22 years old, Daniela bought her first home in Innisfil Ontario and fell in love with the Real Estate industry.

Daniela started working as an administrative assistant for some of the most successful offices and hit the ground running.

Shortly after moving north of the city, Daniela’s passion for Real Estate grew stronger and she joined the #1 team in Canada utilizing her strong work ethics and knowledge of the Real Estate industry.

While working full time and as a first-time mom, Daniela achieved her goal of obtaining her Real Estate license as a Sales Representative which she currently has in order to further her knowledge.

Daniela is currently the Director of Operations/Sales Representative for one of Canada’s top teams the Cintia De Aguiar Group, her love for structuring, improving processes, and working on the business makes her an amazing fit for this role while holding her Real Estate License with Keller Williams in Toronto.

Daniela prides herself in being part of the biggest transaction in a client’s life.
