I began my Real Estate Journey in February 1997, by participating in a school program called “Co-op Education”. I then was hired as a secretary in a Real Estate Firm and have been in the Real Estate Field ever since. Now as a Registered Real Estate Broker, I put all of my knowledge and abilities to work.

I am dedicated, determined and professional; doing what I love is an inner satisfaction to me, making it not only a career but also a hobby. I find it very gratifying being able to make others dreams of owning their own home come true. With fit characteristics for the real estate market, Day after day, I conclude that my biggest satisfaction is the “satisfaction of my clients”. This way I distinguish a tireless battle from the beginning to the end of my client’s real estate process.

Stephanie De Souza

Stephanie began her journey in real estate in 2006. As a university student Stephanie took on real estate on a part-time basis to assist with schooling. She would assist Cintia in various office tasks, organization and client appreciation. In 2010 Stephanie decided to further her real estate experience and got licensed. From a part time job Stephanie blossomed into a full-time real estate agent and never looked back since.

Stephanie took on the role of a buyers agent. Excelling in this field Stephanie made platinum in her first year and a half of selling (2011). Some of her many other awards include Rookie of the year (2010) and executive club (2010). Top 30 under 30, Remax - Atlantic Ontario (2013). Taking her career to new heights Stephanie is now specialized with listings and is assisting many sellers with an extremely satisfactory transaction.

Stephanie prides herself in providing her clients with an honest, personable, and communicative transaction. Stephanie's number one satisfaction is the satisfaction of her clients! And the biggest reward for her at the end of every transaction is the trust and relationship built with each and every single one of her buyers and sellers.
